Jobübersicht Als Senior Entwicklungsingenieur Hardware mit Schwerpunkt Sensorik (m/w/d) leisten Sie einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Sicherstellung einer weltweit zuverlässigen Stromversorgung. Sie verantworten die Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Sensoren und elektronischen Baugruppen auf Basis induktiver Messprinzipien für Systeme zur Netzüberwachung und präventiven Fehlererkennung. Dabei stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihre Lösungen technisch robust, normkonform (insbesondere EMV- und Funkanforderungen) sowie fertigungsreif sind. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und externen Partnern begleiten Sie Produkte von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife und treiben aktiv Qualität, Innovation und Effizienz voran. Ihre Aufgaben:

Entwicklung und Betreuung von Strom- und Spannungssensoren auf Basis induktiver Messprinzipien

Auswahl, Bewertung und Integration von zugekauften Sensoren sowie Abstimmung mit Lieferanten

Entwurf von Schaltungen und Betreuung von PCB-Layouts unter Berücksichtigung von EMV- und Sicherheitsanforderungen

Definition, Durchführung und Bewertung von Verifikations- und Validierungstests

Unterstützung der Serienüberführung inkl. DFM/DFT, Spezifikation kritischer Parameter und End-of-Line-Testkonzepte

Begleitung internationaler Zertifizierungen und Umsetzung von Compliance-by-Design

Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen sowie Prüf- und Fertigungsdokumentationen

Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen und Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

Was Sie mitbingen sollten

Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Sensorentwicklung, idealerweise mit magnetischen/induktiven Prinzipien

Fundierte Kenntnisse im EMV-Design, Pre-Compliance-Tests und PCB-Layout-Richtlinien

Erfahrung in der Produktzertifizierung nach internationalen Normen von Vorteil

Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken sowie hohe Eigeninitiative

Starke Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie kundenorientiertes Handeln

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
