Why you should join You will play a key role in shaping the global digital manufacturing landscape by driving MES and IIoT standardization across multiple continents. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of production, automation, and advanced data platforms, enabling real-time visibility and smart factory transformation. You will collaborate with top engineering teams worldwide and directly influence how modern factories operate at scale.
Your daily tasks: Act as global SME for MES and IIoT solutions across manufacturing sites Design and implement machine connectivity solutions (OPC UA, MQTT, TCP/IP) Integrate MES with ERP (SAP), SCADA, PLCs, and industrial data platforms Develop IIoT applications and dashboards (ThingWorx, Grafana, Power BI) Enable end-to-end production traceability and data integrity Analyze manufacturing data and generate actionable insights Support global plants with deployments, UAT, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your ideal background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 8+ years of experience in MES, industrial automation, or digital manufacturing Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., stamping, molding, assembly, plating) Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, SAP ME/MII, HYDRA, FactoryTalk) Hands-on experience with IIoT platforms and machine connectivity technologies Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or C# Experience with data platforms, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), and industrial analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana)
