Job Description:

Job Overview The purpose of the position is to implement advanced solutions for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. The role is responsible for completing complex technical tasks, which include planning and designing new products, improving production methods, planning machinery and tools, as well as implementing equipment and workflows to ensure a safe and efficient production environment. The position contributes directly to achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives through innovative and sustainable technical solutions. Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Plans, develops, and implements efficient and innovative production processes

Identifies and drives process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Manages process improvement projects end-to-end (planning, execution, monitoring)

Defines production routes, specifications, and manufacturing methods for new and existing products; implements technical changes

Conducts feasibility studies, cost-reduction analyses, and time/method studies

Identifies, analyzes, and resolves technical issues in production; implements solutions on the shop floor

Provides technical support and mentorship to production teams and operators; organizes trainings on new processes and technologies

Coordinates special processes, including implementation, validation, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards

Uses CAD/PLM systems to maintain and update drawings, documentation, and engineering databases

Develops and maintains technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions

Establishes production methods, process sequences, and work standards to ensure quality, capacity, and cost efficiency

Supports new product introduction (NPI), including line setup, prototype builds, and production ramp-up

Contributes to equipment and capacity planning, including recommendations for materials, tools, and investments

Supports analysis of material flow, production layout, and manufacturing systems to optimize performance

Acts as technical interface for customers during development and serial production (e.g., critical characteristics selection)

Ideal Background

Experience in new production line installation and equipment integration

English language on conversational level

Understanding of the relationship between process parameters and product quality

Ability to perform process start-up trials and process validation

Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa

Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics

Intermediate knowledge of automation systems

Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience with Molding process or assembly or PLC
