Automate Infrastructure with IaC Tools: Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of infrastructure. Monitor and Optimize System Performance: Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk to track system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Enhance Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices, including vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and identity and access management (IAM) policies, to ensure the integrity and safety of production systems. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to understand project needs, remove roadblocks, and facilitate smooth collaboration across the software development lifecycle. Troubleshoot and Resolve Production Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and deployment issues, quickly restoring services and conducting root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences. Manage Configuration and Version Control: Use configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, or Ansible to maintain consistent environments and version control systems like Git to track changes in code and configuration. Optimize Cost and Resource Utilization: Regularly assess and optimize resource usage within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to minimize costs while maintaining performance and scalability. Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related with at least 6 months of experience. Salary ranges between $105,997.00 to $106,000.00/year.
