Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral devices. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and other standard software. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management. Handle user account management (Active Directory, password resets, access rights). Support basic network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, printer sharing). Log and update service tickets using the organizations ITSM tool. Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for escalated issues. Maintain asset records, update documentation, and follow change management procedures. Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices. Provide support during IT audits and compliance checks.
