Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools. Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand requirements. Ensure high-quality releases by validating end-to-end business processes. Skills Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications is mandatory. Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM modules and business processes. Experience writing detailed test cases and executing manual test scenarios. Experience with regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills. Preferred Skills: Experience testing CRM integrations with third-party applications.
