About the role
Previous Work Experience 710 years of SAP Basis administration experience within medium to large enterprise environments. Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership, Lead, or supervisory role Managing the day-to-day technical administration of the SAP landscape. Ensuring high availability and optimal performance of all SAP environments. Providing technical ownership of SAP Basis services across production and non-production systems. Supporting SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects. Managing SAP system lifecycle activities including installations, refreshes, and decommissioning. Leading technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis of SAP platform issues. Ensuring SAP systems comply with security, audit, and compliance requirements. Managing SAP transport management processes across all environments. Collaborating with infrastructure, database, network, cybersecurity, and application teams. Managing technical vendor relationships and coordinating with SAP support. Mentoring Basis engineers and technical specialists. Contributing to technology roadmaps and SAP platform strategy. Supporting cloud-based SAP platforms including SAP RISE and hyperscaler- hosted environments. Driving automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of Basis operations. .
