Role: Microsoft PowerApps Notice Period: Immediately to 15 days Experience: 7-13 years Location: Bangalore Required Skills and Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Platform solution architecture. Experience designing Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Dataverse tables, business rules, forms, views, and workflows. Strong knowledge of Power Automate, connectors, custom connectors, approval flows, and process automation. Experience with Dataverse security roles, environment management, solution management, and Power Platform administration. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive integrations. Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, Azure services, SQL Server, on-premises data gateways, and third-party systems. Knowledge of ALM practices, managed/unmanaged solutions, deployment pipelines, and environment strategy. Strong understanding of application security, role-based access, data loss prevention policies, and governance controls. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading developers and reviewing technical designs and deliverables. Preferred Skills: Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence, governance framework, and platform monitoring. Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Power BI. Experience with custom connectors, PCF controls, JavaScript, plugins, or advanced Dataverse customization. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models. Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred. .
