About the role
Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management & Learning Functional Consultant (58 Years) We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management & Learning Functional Consultant with 58 years of Oracle HCM experience and at least 23 end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Talent Management Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Key Skills & Experience: 58 years of Oracle HCM experience. Strong functional expertise in Oracle Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud. Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration. Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, training, and deployment activities. Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, BI/OTBI Reporting, and integrations. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate with technical teams and support business users. Preferred: Oracle Cloud HCM certifications in Talent Management and/or Learning. Experience in global Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and feature adoption.
