Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management). Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow development. Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and workflows. Good knowledge of REST APIs and integrations. Exposure to ITSM and CMDB modules.
