User Experience Designer

In this role at Teceze, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web applications, mobile applications, internal platforms, and customer-facing products. You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, business teams, and stakeholders to create visually appealing user interfaces that enhance usability and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design modern user interfaces for various digital platforms including web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, portals, and enterprise platforms. - Develop wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Translate business requirements and product ideas into clear and user-friendly design concepts. - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability reviews to enhance product experience. - Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and best UI/UX practices. - Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation. - Review developed screens to maintain design quality and consistency. - Bring creative thinking to product design, user experience improvements, and digital innovation initiatives. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, mobile design patterns, and emerging technologies. Required Skills: - Strong experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design. - Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity screens. - Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, colour theory, spacing, icons, and component design. - Understanding of design standards for Android, iOS, and responsive web applications. - Creative problem-solving skills with user-friendly design solutions. - Effective communication skills to explain design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical teams. - Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React, or Angular is advantageous. - Experience in Agile or product development environments is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. - Certification or portfolio-based training in UI/UX design is advantageous. - Strong design portfolio showcasing web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, prototypes, or product design work. - Experience in designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, IT service portals, field service apps, or customer dashboards is a plus.
