Kyriba Implementation Consultant

As a Kyriba Implementation Consultant, your role will primarily focus on automating treasury functions to ensure data integrity, process efficiencies, and a centralized group-wide view of outstanding positions, Payments, and bank reconciliations. You will need robust experience with Kyriba modules, especially Payments, Core Banking, and Cash forecasting, along with expertise in Kyriba implementation and coordination with Technology and business users. Your responsibilities will include leading Kyriba Functional Configurations, Training, Testing, Payment Processing, Bug resolutions, statement interfaces, and reconciliation with operating entities and other parties. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Dive deep into Kyriba functional configurations to produce solution designs and extend TMS features for global cash position and forecasting capabilities. Implement automated closing cash processes and launch h2h/swift payments with complex approval matrixes. - Experience in Bank statement reporting, cash management, payments, netting, In House Banking (IHB), fraud rules, user administration of financial transactions, debt management, and bank fee analysis. - Daily review of MT940 statements interface for all accounts, follow up on missing statements, and ensure availability. - Maintain accurate payment authorizers, new entities/banks configuration, bank mandate hierarchies, and integration setups. - Coordinate with Finance for accounting runs and assist in issue resolution. - Understand SFTP, Swift, and H2H process flows for IT coordination and issue resolution. - Reconcile authorized signatories/dealing mandates, perform quarterly reconciliation with banks. - Handle in-house rollouts, enhancements, user training, and integration requirements. - Provide support on ad hoc projects and identify improvement areas in Treasury operations. Other Skills Required: - Strong understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) with 3-4 years' experience in Kyriba TMS implementation. - Analytical, consulting, and software implementation skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Drive architectural and design choices, recommend new features for a scalable, performance-driven Treasury workstation. - Functional knowledge of core Treasury and Finance processes.
