Software Developer

As a Software Engineer in our company, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable software solutions within a hybrid cloud and on-prem environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing scalable software solutions using AWS serverless technologies. - Developing and maintaining advanced Java applications focusing on data quality and performance at scale. - Contributing to the design of socket-based communication and containerization strategies. - Implementing CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. - Participating in backlog grooming and all phases of the software development lifecycle within an Agile framework. To excel in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications and skills: - 5+ years of experience designing and building large-scale distributed and multi-tenant software. - Extensive experience with AWS serverless technologies including ECS Fargate, Lambda, MSK, S3, Athena, IAM, EC2, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, and RDS. - Deep proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and JPA. - Hands-on experience with Reactjs, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. - Strong knowledge of Kafka, Apache MQ, and REST API / SOAP web services. - Experience with DBMS such as PostgreSQL, Redshift, and Aurora, including strong SQL skills. - Proficiency with Docker, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GIT. - Experience with application servers like JBoss and Tomcat. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. In addition to the required skills, the following preferred skills would be advantageous: - Experience developing and supporting high-volume transactional B2B/B2C applications and APIs.
