The Cloud Support Engineer will manage and troubleshoot cloud-based systems, provide technical support to users, monitor system performance, and ensure optimal cloud infrastructure operations. The role also involves implementing security measures, addressing network-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance system efficiency and reliability. Qualifications Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and tools such as Microsoft 365 and Azure Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred Certifications in Microsoft Azure or related technologies are a plus
