• Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic RFP Assessment & Deal Pursuit

• • Lead Large Scale Bids: Own the technical response for complex, high value RFPs and RFIs. Dissect customer requirements to propose "Winning Solutions" based on the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.

• • Solution Defense: Partner with Sales and Bid Management teams to present and defend architectural solutions in oral presentations to C level client stakeholders (CIO/CTO).

• • Commercial Awareness: Bridge the gap between technical design and commercial viability, ensuring solutions are not only technically sound but profitable and competitive.

1. Enterprise Architecture & Innovation

• • Holistic Solutioning: Design end to end enterprise solutions that integrate Azure IaaS/PaaS, Modern Workplace (M365), and Security, ensuring high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.

• • Modernization Strategy: Define roadmaps for migrating legacy on premise monoliths to cloud native microservices architectures using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.

• • AI & Data Integration: Architect next gen platforms by embedding Azure AI/ML capabilities (OpenAI, Cognitive Services) and modern Data Analytics platforms (Synapse, Fabric, Databricks) into core business processes.

• Required Skill Set

• Core Technical Skills

• • Cloud Mastery: Expert level knowledge of the Azure Well Architected Framework. Deep hands on experience with Azure Landing Zones, VWAN, ExpressRoute, and Identity Management (Entra ID/Active Directory).

• • Application Modernization: Proficiency in .NET Core, Microservices patterns, API Management (APIM), and Event Driven Architectures.

• • Data & Analytics: Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, and Data Lake implementation.

• • AI/ML Integration: Ability to architect solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Bot Frameworks, and Cognitive Services for enterprise use cases.

• Professional Competencies

• • Pre Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record of contributing to and winning large deals ($10M+ TCV).

• • Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences.

• • Agility: Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).

• Experience Requirements

• • Total Experience: 12+ years in the IT Industry.

• • Architecture Experience: Minimum 5+ years specifically in an Enterprise or Solution Architect capacity.

• • Cloud Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands on experience designing and delivering Azure solutions.

• • Deal Experience: Proven experience in managing RFPs and solutioning for Large Microsoft Centric deals (mandatory).

• Certifications

• To ensure we maintain our status as a market leader, the following certifications are mandatory or highly preferred:

1. Core Architecture (Mandatory):

• o Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Exam AZ 305)

1. Data & Analytics (Required):

• o Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (Exam DP 203) OR

• o Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (Exam DP 600)

1. Artificial Intelligence (Required):
