Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with 5‿6 years of hands on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM). The candidate will be responsible for customizing and extending Dynamics 365 capabilities, building integrations, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business needs

Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and server side logic using C#

Implement client side scripting using JavaScript / TypeScript for form customization and UI enhancements

Build and optimize Power Automate flows and Power Apps to automate business processes

Develop and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services, Azure services, or middleware

Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Perform solution testing, debugging, and performance tuning

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Support deployment activities and production releases

Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions

Must Have Skills

Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Customization & Configuration

Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Dynamics plugin development

Hands on experience with Custom Workflows and Business Process Flows

Expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript and client side scripting

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications/systems

Good understanding of Dataverse, entities, forms, views, and security model

Good to Have Skills

Experience working with Dynamics 365 Field Service module

Knowledge of deployment processes (CI/CD, solution management, release pipelines)

Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)

Exposure to DevOps practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor‿s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5‿6 years of professional experience in Dynamics 365 development

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL 400, MB 210) are a plus
