Google Cloud Healthcare Architect

Role & responsibilities Design and modernization of secure, cloud-native healthcare platforms leveraging the Google Cloud Healthcare API. Pipelines & Tech: Architect real-time ingestion pipelines (Dataflow, Pub/Sub) to map, transform, and stream legacy HL7v2 and DICOM data into FHIR (R4) schemas. Compliance & Security: Implement strict HIPAA/HITRUST guardrails using IAM, KMS, and the Cloud Healthcare De-identification API to ensure safe PHI masking. Integration & AI: Integrate cloud architectures with EHRs (Epic/Cerner) and stream clinical datasets into BigQuery and Vertex AI to enable predictive analytics. Requirements: hands-on expertise in GCP Healthcare APIs, Terraform, and clinical data interoperability.
