• Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Angular, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform, along with proven leadership skills to guide development teams and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular and modern front-end development practices.

Design, optimize, and support SQL Server databases, including performance tuning, stored procedures, and data integration.

Implement and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for source control, continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), release management, and Agile delivery.

Design and develop business solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to define technical requirements and solution designs.

Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and adherence to development standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production support issues.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:

C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET

Angular

SQL Server

Azure DevOps

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and web services.

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services.

• Knowledge of cloud-native application development and microservices architecture.

• Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, or .NET Technologies.

• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources.

The pay range for this role is $100k - $110k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). This job is open for contract as well with a pay range of USD 55-60/hr (max.)
