• This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire strong .NET expertise with Agentic AI knowledge and hands on experience, engineers who can contribute effectively from day one.

• Job Title: .Net Developer with Agentic AI

• Location: Offshore

• Mode: Contract/FTE

• Core Initiatives:

1. Platform Modernization

• Monorepo containerization and deployment to Kubernetes

• .NET framework/runtime upgrades

• Domain driven service decomposition and service splitting

1. Legacy Platform Transformation

• Migration of a legacy VB.NET application to a modern platform

• Leveraging Agentic AI to accelerate analysis, modernization, and conversion activities

• Requires engineers who can thoroughly understand both the legacy and target architectures and make sound technical decisions

• We are looking to onboard resources as quickly as possible, so we would appreciate receiving only your strongest candidates. These are high-priority initiatives for our organization, and we need engineers who can contribute effectively from day one.

The pay range for this role is $120,000- $125,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). This job is open for contract as well with a pay range of CAD 60-65/hr (max.)
