We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce Apex Programming. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, along with the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on Salesforce development and architecture.

• Optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality.

• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex Programming.

• Proficient in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security features.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Architect).

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce.

• Knowledge of front end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., Java, C#) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 15+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce technologies.

• Proven experience in leading software development projects and teams.

• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
