• Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full stack Developer with a strong background in .NET development and AI assisted development methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Spec driven development (SDD) and will be proficient in a variety of technologies including SQL Server, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and NoSQL databases, particularly Couchbase. This role requires a deep understanding of GitHub based development workflows and a commitment to delivering high quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and other relevant technologies.

• Implement AI assisted development practices to enhance productivity and code quality.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Utilize SQL Server and NoSQL databases to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval.

• Integrate messaging systems such as RabbitMQ to facilitate communication between services.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices in version control using GitHub.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers as needed.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in .NET Core development.

• Strong experience in AI assisted development and Spec driven development (SDD).

• Expertise in SQL Server and Elasticsearch.

• Experience with RabbitMQ for message brokering.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases, preferably Couchbase.

• Proficient in GitHub based development workflows.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with C# and Python programming languages.

• Domain knowledge in Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• Existing knowledge of RXO domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7 10 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
