We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong background in SAP FICO to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on financial accounting and controlling modules within SAP. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP FICO functionalities and the ability to develop, implement, and support software solutions that enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions in SAP FICO to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SAP FICO projects.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO applications.

• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure software quality and performance.

• Document technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials for end users.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies to enhance system capabilities.

• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules.

• Proficient in ABAP programming and SAP development tools.

• Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules.

• Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its FICO functionalities.

• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM, SD, or PP.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

• 5 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP FICO.

• Relevant SAP certifications in FICO are a plus.

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a software development environment.
