Total exp 10+ years Minimum of 3 years as TL exp is a must. Hands-onin web development experience onReactJs Strong Experience in developing rich client functionality with good knowledge of ReactJS, NextJS, SSR , Unit testing, Redux, HTML, CSS • Strong Knowledge of web performance and accessibility best practices, ability to build reliable, scalable, and • flexible software Must have knowledge on Agile and Scrum Method, Experience with Agile toolsets, such as Jira Great communication and collaboration skills (including written and spoken English) Should be able to write clean, manageable code, maintain proper documentation. Should have Excellent code review abilities and Team Handling Experience Good to have Passion for quality and innovation and at the same time have attention to detail. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design new features, Estimate timelines and deliver as per schedule.
