Role & responsibilities Role Summary The SAP Basis & Cloud Platform Expert will be responsible for the administration, support, integration, and operational governance of SAP landscapes within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role will serve as a technical expert for SAP platform operations across the SAP RISE environment, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), hybrid integrations, and cloud-based SAP services, ensuring system stability, security, performance, and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities SAP BTP Administration & Operations Administer and support SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) landscape, including: Global account, subaccount, and service administration User, role, and authorization management Cloud Identity Services configuration and support BTP architecture governance and best practices Manage lifecycle activities for BTP services, ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence. Support onboarding and integration of new BTP services required for the S4 transformation program. SAP RISE & Cloud Infrastructure Support Act as the liaison for SAP RISE operational activities.
