• Job Description for BTP Consultant

• Experience: 10–15 years total and more than 5 years hands-on SAP BTP services

• Core development: Strong hands-on with CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), SAP UI5 / Fiori, Node.JS and Java.

• Candidate should have the ability to consume the AI Foundation model deployment ID and develop CAPM /FIORI application independently.

• SAP Build Suite: Practical experience with SAP Build Apps, Build Process Automation / BPM, Build Code, SAP AI Development and Custom Joule Skills.

• Database and containers: SAP HANA development and tuning; familiarity with containerized HANA and container deployment patterns.

• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, automated testing, and release automation for BTP apps.

• Platform administration: BTP tenant/subaccount management, entitlements, role/ Group Management , Cloud Connector, Identity server destinations, and monitoring.

• Integration and APIs: Experience with BTP integration services, API design, and connectivity patterns.

• Troubleshooting: Independently diagnose and resolve application, integration, and platform issues.

• Pre-sales and proposals: Analyze RFPs/proposal and prepare technical responses, solution diagrams, and effort estimates for BTP related developments.

• Soft skills: Client-facing, strong communication, and experience in COE or centralized platform teams.
