• Location: Irving, Texas (Hybrid/Onsite) 3 days/week

• Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 6–11 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, modern frontend frameworks, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices. The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based enterprise applications.

Develop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular or React.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.

Implement secure coding practices and follow OWASP guidelines.

Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.

Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation and production deployments.

Monitor application health and resolve critical production issues.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

6–11 years of software development experience.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.

Experience building scalable Microservices applications.

Strong understanding of multithreading, collections, exception handling, and JVM concepts.

Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.

Knowledge of cloud-native application development.

Excellent debugging and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom domains.

Experience with event-driven architecture.

Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and API Gateway.

Experience with Redis or Hazelcast caching.

Familiarity with Kubernetes deployments and Helm Charts.

Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.

Experience with OpenShift is a plus.

Knowledge of GraphQL is an advantage.
