We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in software development and a strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance our transportation management capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of OTM functionalities and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Oracle Transportation Management.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, ensuring timely resolution.

• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software development and transportation management.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) with a proven track record of successful implementations.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and PL/SQL.

• Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud technologies and deployment strategies.

• Familiarity with other transportation management systems and logistics software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Oracle Transportation Management.
