• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer with strong experience in backend development, API integration, and database management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting scalable business applications while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

• Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust PHP based applications.

• Build and integrate REST and SOAP APIs for seamless system communication.

• Develop and optimize database structures , queries, and performance.

• Collaborate with front end developers to integrate user facing elements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML .

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

• Provide application support , including incident management and issue resolution.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Manage version control and deployments using Git and modern workflows.

• Work closely with cross functional teams to understand business requirements.

• Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands on experience in PHP application development .

• Strong expertise in Core PHP and Object Oriented Programming (OOP) .

• Good to have: Experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).

• Solid understanding of front end technologies :

• HTML

• CSS

• JavaScript

• XML

• Proven experience in REST and SOAP API development and integration .

• Hands on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL database development and administration.

• Strong knowledge of:

• SQL

• Query optimization

• Database design principles

• Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and incident management .

• Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and deployment processes .

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills .

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to modern development practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Knowledge of performance tuning and scaling applications.
