The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, specifically focusing on Microsoft Power BI. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can transform complex data into insightful visualizations and reports that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.

• Implement semantic models to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that support business objectives.

• Provide training and support to end users on Power BI functionalities.

• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting processes.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Microsoft Power BI dashboard development.

• Strong knowledge of semantic modeling and data visualization techniques.

• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query.

• Experience with data integration from various sources (SQL, Excel, etc.).

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Azure services and data warehousing concepts.

• Experience in other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) is a plus.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

• Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on business intelligence and data analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
