• Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with expertise in Oracle Financials to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical design and development, particularly in creating technical design documents and developing RICEFW objects. You will play a crucial role in implementing and customizing Oracle Financials modules, enhancing functionality through various database tools, and ensuring seamless integration with legacy and third party systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical design documents (MD070/MD70) for various projects.

• Develop RICEFW objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows.

• Implement and customize Oracle Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

• Utilize SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports (10g and 12c), XML Publisher/BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, and OAF to enhance system functionality.

• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces (API, File based, SOA) to connect Oracle EBS with legacy or third party systems.

• Optimize SQL queries and troubleshoot system performance issues in a production environment.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications and systems.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL (deal breaker skill).

• Experience in developing RICEFW objects.

• Hands on experience with Oracle Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.

• Proficient in SQL and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with Oracle Forms/Reports (10g and 12c) and XML Publisher/BI Publisher.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Workflow Builder and OAF.

• Knowledge of integration techniques (API, File based, SOA).

• Understanding of data migration processes.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2 5 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with Oracle Financials.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
