We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 5 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend expertise in Java (Spring Boot/Microservices) and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of modern architecture and cloud platforms. This role includes leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, high performance applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js.

Define and implement microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Lead backend development efforts and contribute to overall system architecture.

Collaborate with frontend teams to deliver end to end full stack solutions.

Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems.

Drive code quality, conduct reviews, and promote best practices across the team.

Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Work closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Mentor junior developers and support team growth.

Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and DevOps practices.

Mandatory Skills

5+ years of experience in software development.

Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot).

Hands on experience with Node.js (Nestjs preferred).

Solid understanding of REST API Design.

Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

Strong knowledge of Software Design Pattern, system design, and scalable architecture.

Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Familiarity with Containers (Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficiency with version control systems (Git).

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Exposure to event driven architecture.

Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular).

Understanding of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
