Role Purpose

Convert enterprise workflows into autonomous, multi step AI agents with reasoning, planning, and safe tool usage.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Workflow Engineering

Design multi agent workflows using DAGs or state machines

Implement reasoning patterns such as Chain of Thought

Tool and API Integration

Build tools for REST APIs, SQL queries, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM, contact centers)

Enable safe and controlled tool execution

Prompt and Reasoning Design

Create system prompts, few shot templates, and context injection strategies

Perform prompt testing and optimization

Memory Systems

Implement short term and long term memory (vector based)

Optimize context usage

Evaluation Systems

Build evaluation pipelines including LLM as judge and deterministic tests

Define success metrics for agent performance

Technical Stack

Must Have

Strong Python skills

Experience with at least one: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel

Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)

Solid understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and API integration

Good to Have

LangGraph for stateful agents

Tools such as Promptflow, Langfuse, or RAGAS

Multi agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen)

Exposure to open source LLMs
