• JD for SAP BTP:

• Assessment and Planning

• Conduct a Needs Assessment: Work with stakeholders to understand the business goals, challenges, and processes that BTP should address. Identify key pain points and potential quick wins to demonstrate early value.

• Platform Strategy and Roadmap

• Define the BTP strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.

• Prioritize BTP initiatives based on business impact, technology trends, and evolving user needs.

• Solution Design and Architecture

• Design end to end solutions on SAP BTP, leveraging platform services such as database, integration, and AI capabilities.

• Ensure that architectural designs align with the organization‿s strategic goals and scalability needs.

• Create blueprints and high level architecture diagrams that define the structure, functionality, and data flows.

• Environment Setup and Configuration

• Evaluate the existing BTP Sub Accounts and Environments: Evaluate existing sub accounts, environments (such as Cloud Foundry or Kyma), and service entitlements to match organizational and project structures.

• Define Security and Compliance Standards: Configure identity and access management using SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.

• Establish Initial Governance Policies: Define who has access to create and deploy applications, data governance standards, and guidelines for cost management.

• Migration from SAP Neo Environment

• Develop and execute a migration strategy for applications currently running in the SAP Neo environment, ensuring a smooth transition to SAP Cloud Foundry or Kyma as Neo reaches its sunset.

• Analyze and document existing Neo applications, assessing requirements for redeployment or re architecture on Cloud Foundry or Kyma.

• Coordinate with development and business teams to mitigate risks, address compatibility issues, and plan for cutover activities.
