We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Specialist with a strong background in software development and a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly with Adobe Marketo, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using best practices and coding standards.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implement and manage Adobe Marketo solutions to enhance marketing automation and customer engagement.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

• Document software designs, processes, and procedures for future reference.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Adobe Marketo.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

• Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

• Experience in working with APIs and third party integrations.

• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7 10 years of relevant experience in software development.

• Proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are a plus.
