Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using ServiceNow platform.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to ServiceNow and software development.

• Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Development, including custom application development, scripting, and integration.

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services for integration purposes.

• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.

• Knowledge of database management systems, particularly MySQL or Oracle.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Experience in developing and deploying ServiceNow applications in a cloud environment.

• Certifications in ServiceNow Development or related fields are a plus.
