We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Specialist with a strong focus on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Functional knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of demand planning processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to demand planning.

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that enhance SAP IBP Demand functionalities.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP IBP and software development methodologies.

• Document technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials for end users.

• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in software development.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP IBP Demand Planning.

• Proficiency in software development languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP IBP configuration and integration.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.

• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.

• Experience in project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on SAP IBP Demand.

• Relevant certifications in SAP IBP or software development are a plus.
