We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance our transportation management capabilities. You will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software that meets business requirements and improves operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Oracle Transportation Management.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.

• Perform system integration and ensure seamless data flow between OTM and other enterprise systems.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to transportation management.

• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) with a proven track record of successful implementations.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and PL/SQL.

• Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide effective technical solutions.

• Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.

• Experience with integration tools and middleware.

• Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry best practices.

• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of OTM applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Oracle Transportation Management.

• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
