We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in GE Plant Apps, SQL, ThingWorx, and OSI PI. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial applications and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using GE Plant Apps and related technologies.

• Write and optimize SQL stored procedures to ensure efficient data handling and processing.

• Integrate and utilize ThingWorx for IoT applications and data visualization.

• Work with OSI PI for real time data management and analytics.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development practices.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in GE Plant Apps is a deal breaker for this position.

• Proficient in SQL, with experience in writing and optimizing stored procedures.

• Hands on experience with ThingWorx for IoT solutions.

• Familiarity with OSI PI for data management and analytics.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5 7 years of relevant experience in software development.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
