• Job Description ‿ AI Engineer (RAG + Agentic AI)

Role Title: AI Engineer ‿ Generative AI / Agentic Systems

Experience: 5‿8 Years (3‿5 Years in AI/GenAI preferred)

Location: Offshore

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise grade Generative AI solutions . The role focuses on building RAG pipelines, Agentic AI systems, and scalable AI applications on the Azure ecosystem .

The ideal candidate should have strong backend engineering expertise combined with hands on experience in LLMs, Agentic frameworks, and cloud native deployments .

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using LLMs and vector databases

Build and implement Agentic AI systems / multi agent workflows (Lang Graph, MS Agentic Framework, etc.)

Develop scalable backend APIs (REST / Fast API) for AI powered applications

Develop and deploy AI powered web applications / copilots / agents

Build data ingestion, embedding, and vector search pipelines

Work with Azure ecosystem services (Azure OpenAI, ADLS, AKS, Functions, etc.)

Deploy AI workloads using Kubernetes (AKS) and containerization (Docker)

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and external APIs

Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and reliability of AI systems

Follow best practices for Responsible AI, security, and governance

Required Skills

Core AI & GenAI

Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architecture, and embeddings

Hands on experience with Agentic AI frameworks :

Lang Graph / MS Agentic Framework / similar

Experience building multi agent systems and AI copilots

Programming & Backend

Strong expertise in Python

Experience with:

Fast API / Flask / REST APIs

Microservices architecture

Cloud & Platform

Strong experience with Azure Ecosystem

Azure OpenAI

Azure Functions / App Services

Azure Data Services

Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and containerization (Docker)

Application Development

Experience building:

Web APIs

AI enabled web applications

Data & AI Pipeline

Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)

Data ingestion and document processing pipelines

Knowledge of embeddings and semantic search

Good to Have

Experience with:

MCP / Model Context Protocol

Multi agent orchestration frameworks (Crew AI, AutoGen)

Exposure to:

Copilot / AI Assistant development

Cowork/Droid based agent ecosystems

Knowledge of:

Graph RAG / Knowledge Graphs

Experience with:

CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring tools

Preferred Certifications

Azure AI / Azure Data / Cloud certifications

GenAI / LLM related certifications
