• Support endâ€toâ€end OTT tax processing workflows, including data ingestion, tax computation, allocations, and fiduciary filing

• Perform production support activities, including incident handling, defect analysis, and operational stability during processing cycles

• Execute code fixes, configuration changes, and limited enhancements using the defined technical skill set (.NET / .NET Core, SQL Server/Oracle, batch jobs, configurations)

• Configure and support trust setup, beneficiary allocations, and tax computation processes

• Assist in delivering annual IRS regulatory changes, form updates, and taxâ€`season readiness activities

• Perform reconciliation, issue analysis, and support tax and filing error resolution

• Support compliance deadlines and critical processing windows
