We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP ABAP development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross functional teams to deliver effective solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP ABAP development.

• Collaborate with SAP ABAP developers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, use cases, and process flows.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business expectations.

• Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes.

• Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP ABAP development.

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, or FI.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of data modeling and database design.

• Experience in project management tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5 7 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on SAP ABAP development.

• Relevant certifications in business analysis or SAP are a plus.
