• Job Summary

• SAP MM (Materials Management)

• designing, configuring, and supporting supply chain, procurement, and inventory processes within SAP ECC or S/4HANA. It requires mapping business requirements to system solutions and managing the Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle.

• Core Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Design and configure SAP MM enterprise structures, master data (Material/Vendor), purchasing, inventory management, and material valuation.

• Business Analysis: Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and translate them into functional specifications.

• Integration: Work closely with technical/ABAP teams on customizations and integrate MM with FI/CO, SD, PP, and QM modules.

• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve end user incidents.

• Training & Documentation: Produce configuration guides, process flows, and training materials to mentor end users and team members.

• Key Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Typically 3 to 10+ years in SAP MM implementations and support (depending on junior, mid, or senior levels).

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP Procure to Pay (P2P), inventory management, and hands on exposure to SAP S/4HANA.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, problem solving, and communication skills to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT.
