We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on Node.JS to join our dynamic team in Guadalajara. The ideal candidate will have 2 5 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a solid understanding of Node.JS and its ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server side applications using Node.JS.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

• Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Node.JS and its frameworks (e.g., Express.js).

• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event driven architecture.

• Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with front end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with unit testing and test driven development.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of professional experience in software development.

• Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions.
