• Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in software development and a specialization in Appian Application Development. The ideal candidate will have 10 15 years of experience in the IT industry, demonstrating a proven track record of designing and implementing robust software solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software solutions using Appian platform.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.

• Ensure best practices in software development and architecture are followed.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and Appian.

• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

• Document architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members on Appian development.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience in Appian Application Development.

• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar.

• Experience with database management systems and SQL.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10 15 years of experience in software development and architecture.

• Proven experience in Appian Application Development is a must.

• Relevant certifications in Appian or software architecture are a plus.
