• To offer and allocate Ananya Pattanayak for the BASF allocation

ï¿¿ Overall, 12+ years of IT experience in which, 6+ years of hands on experience in STIBO STEP Solution Architect Product MDM/PIM. Strong expertise in solution architecture, workflow design, complex integrations, automation, data modeling, and enterprise delivery. Proven team leader with hands on experience in migration planning, system stability, and end to end solution governance.

ï¿¿ Lead end to end design for Stibo STEP multi domain MDM (Product, Supplier, Customer).

ï¿¿ Define data models, hierarchical taxonomies, workflows, and business rules.

ï¿¿ Create integration patterns using STEP APIs (STEPXML, Web Services, REST, SOAP) and ETL processes.

ï¿¿ Guide developers on configuring STEP for high volume performance.

ï¿¿ Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams

ï¿¿ Design and implement data models within the Stibo STEP platform, specifically for product domain data.

ï¿¿ Configure STEP Web UI components and develop customized workflows and business rules.

ï¿¿ Lead or support Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) implementations and integrate STEP with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) using APIs.
