Technical Lead - Java

Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Java programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in developing and maintaining high-quality software applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features and enhancements Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the software development lifecycle Ensure that software development processes are followed and software is delivered on time and within budget Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely and effective manner Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development and recommend improvements to software development processes Skills and Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in Java programming Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles Experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers Expertise in Java-based web application development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with database technologies such as MySQL and Oracle Proficiency in software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
