NOC Engineer AWS / Azure Cloud Location: Bangalore Manyata Tech Park (Work From Office 5 Days/Week) Employment Type: C2C / Contract Experience: 58 Years Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts Transportation: Cab facility provided for off-hours Job Summary We are looking for an experienced NOC Engineer with strong expertise in AWS/Azure Cloud, Network Operations, and Cloud Infrastructure Support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing cloud networking, incident response, monitoring, and troubleshooting in a 247 operational environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support cloud infrastructure in a 247 NOC environment.Perform incident monitoring, troubleshooting, and timely resolution.Manage cloud networking and infrastructure operations across AWS/Azure.Handle incident response, escalation, and shift-based operational support.Ensure high availability and performance of cloud services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.Follow operational procedures, SLAs, and best practices.Required Skills 58 years of experience in NOC, Cloud Infrastructure, Network Operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud.Strong understanding of Cloud Networking and Infrastructure Support.Experience in 247 shift-based operations and incident management.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.CCNA certification or equivalent is preferred.AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty certification is preferred.Note: This is a 5-day Work From Office role based in Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park).Candidates should be comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts.Cab facility will be provided for off-hours.Please share your updated resume along with your contact number and email ID.Experience: NOC: 5 years (Required)Cloud infrastructure: 5 years (Required)Network Operations: 5 years (Required)Work Location: In person .
