About the role
Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders (sales, marketing, revenue operations) and the technology teams. Gather, document, and validate requirements for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate with admins, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements. Support the rollout of new features, enhancements, and integrations across the Software ecosystem. Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and effectiveness. Help evaluate requests to ensure alignment with broader technology strategy. Years of Experience: The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of professional experience Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional): Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field. Skill Set Required: Must have: Experience in engineering/data-driven projects. Familiarity With The Following Tools Microsoft SQL Server, Azure DevOps/JIRA, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with Azure, exposure working in cloud migration projects. Proven experience working on complex data architectures and global data integration projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing roles Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
