Job Title: Senior Lead Java Full Stack Developer with React or Angular Experience: 13 15 years Job Locations: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Coimbatore Look for Pan India, who can relocate to these locations Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 days a week) Employment: Full-Time CTC: up to 33 LPA (Fixed) Shift: General Notice: Immediate - 30 days Job Summary: The Senior Lead Java Full Stack Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications The role involves a mix of technical leadership, hands-on coding, and mentoring junior developers The successful candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Java, modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular , and a solid understanding of DevOps practices They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions Mandatory Skills: Java 11 and above, Spring Boot, Hibernate / Spring JPA, RestFul API, OOPs, Microservices Architecture, Angular / React (Latest version) Good to have: PostgreSQL or MongoDB or Node Js Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs using Java frameworks like Spring Boot , Play, Struts, Dropwizard, Grails, JavaServer Faces, Hibernate, and JPA Strong understanding of OO fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms Lead a team of full-stack developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions Ensure proper database design and query optimization for relational databases like MySQL , PostgreSQL , or Oracle Implement microservices architecture and RESTful web services Build modern, responsive web applications using React or Angular Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces Ensure the application is optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and compatibility across multiple devices and browsers Work on the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and development to deployment and support Develop and maintain testable, scalable, and efficient code Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems as necessary Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, pair programming, and automated testing strategies Manage deployment pipelines and automation using tools such as Jenkins , Docker , Kubernetes , and AWS Required Skills: Programming Languages : Expertise in Java (11+), knowledge of modern Java frameworks like Spring , Google Web Toolkit, Grails, Play, Struts, Dropwizard, JavaServer Faces, and Hibernate Front-end Technologies : Strong experience with React or Angular (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript (ES6 or ES7), Redux) Database : Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) as well as NoSQL databases (MongoDB) Version Control : Strong understanding of Git and branching strategies DevOps Tools : Experience with Docker , Kubernetes , Jenkins , AWS , or Azure for cloud deployments Testing : Proficient in unit, integration, and automated testing Agile Methodologies : Strong experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments Preferred Skills: Knowledge/Hands-on of microservices and serverless architecture Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Familiarity with caching solutions like Redis Experience with API security protocols like OAuth, and JWT Experience: 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in both back-end and front-end technologies 3+ years of experience in leading development teams Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team
