About the role
We're Hiring: Open Source DBA (L2) Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Experience: 3+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Open Source Database Administrator (L2) with strong hands-on expertise in MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL to manage and support production database environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end administration of MongoDB, MySQL & PostgreSQL (Prod/Non-Prod) Handle installation, upgrades, replication, clustering & high availability (HA) setups Perform backup, restore, performance tuning & troubleshooting Manage users, access control, and database security Execute disaster recovery (DR) setup, failover testing & data migration • Monitor logs, resolve incidents & provide support to application teams Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in MongoDB (mandatory) Working knowledge of MySQL & PostgreSQL Understanding of replication, database internals & storage engines Experience with Linux/Unix systems Knowledge of HA/DR concepts & production support (L2) Willingness to work in shifts/on-call support
